Maintenance was timely in responding to the maintenance request. Friendly upon entering, and even wore paper slippers to help clean my floors. Figured out the problem quickly and even offered to fix a breaking toilet seat. Returned quickly with parts needed and fixed it in a promptly manner. Would recommend!
I have lived here for a LONG time and have many good things to say. It's safe, quiet, well maintained, and I love my apt. The reason for my review today is Alex, a maintenance employee. He was here a couple days ago with a small list of things to fix. The main one was my freezer. He went WAY above and beyond. He got it fixed, came back TWO times that day to check on things and did a great job cleaning up. He took great pride in his work. He was pleasant and friendly the whole time he was here. Maintenance has always been wonderful here and I just wanted to give Alex a shout out for a great job!
I called the office recently for some assistance with my lease renewal. The representative Ariel was very helpful. She was very professional and had a pleasant personality. She was also quite patient with me and walked me through the document to make sure that it was signed completely. Keep up the good work!
Recently moved in with my boyfriend for the first time, and our experience has been great so far. From searching for an apartment and signing off on it, all with the help of our amazing leasing consultant Paige. She was so helpful and informative, and helped us with all our needs and accommodations. We have been enjoying living here since!

Thornridge is one of the best kept secrets in Genesee County. Often overlooked but I promise you the living experience in this community is top notch.
I moved away several years ago and when I began my search again this year, Thornridge was at the top of the list.
Thornridge was great then but believe it not they improved on perfection. Technology upgrades is definitely present.
The office staff and maintenance work order turn around is phenomenal.
